ABIDE arose as I moved to London and from a new and awakening need for exploring new forms of abstraction and colour. The interest resides particularly in the layering; in creating a composition where one can appreciate the different veils, depths and textures. Exploring materiality in this lengthy process that comprise a dialectic of doing and undoing, of concealing and unveiling.
