In FAMILY PUZZLED by retaking and recycling these puzzles - that used to belong to my grandmother - I am able to bring pieces of my childhood back to life. And, by transforming them into artworks, not only I fill them with significance and meaning, but I also perpetuate them in the eternity and timelessness that traditionally distinguishes a work of art. The black and white, in its sobriety and elegance, intend to underline this atemporal element.
