Cogitatio Meum was a project presented back in December 2019 for Campo Art Fest Uruguay. It consisted of a vegan mouthing, a cognitive experience, that - delivered in such a heavily meatatarian context - it appeared as something utterly different, even radical.
The idea behind the mouthing was that with the taste of that feed, people would make up their own sensory memory, and build new and more positive conceptions around vegan food. In addition, a card was designed as a souvenir so that people could re-visit the experience every time they laid their eyes upon it; a sort of memory card, one could say.
